Case Studies
Case studies appear here only with the customer’s written consent
We do not publish customer names, logos or figures without permission. Until the first customer agrees to be quoted, the page describes how a pilot project works and what you will find in a published case study.
How a pilot works
One flow only
Together we choose one clearly defined type of call, for example order confirmation or handling appointment requests.
Starting point
We note what it looks like today: how many calls, how long they last, how many go unanswered. The figures come from your systems, not from estimates.
The agent and testing
We write the scenario, connect it to the necessary systems and test it on long conversations, with objections and interruptions, before the first real customer.
Limited launch
The agent handles part of the calls, with transfer to a person for everything outside the scenario.
Review
We listen to the calls, read the transcripts, correct the instructions. We compare with the starting point and decide together whether to scale up.
One flow running today, described without the customer
The only example we describe publicly, without the company name and without figures.
- Status
- A delivery service needs to find a courier quickly for each new order.
- What the agent does
- Calls the courier, briefly reads the pickup, waits for acceptance and asks how long it will take to arrive.
- When it does not answer
- The call is retried after the set interval, then the order remains with the dispatcher.
- The result
- The response and estimated time go back into the dispatch system, on the order.
What a published case study will contain
Client consent
The name, logo and quotes appear only if the company approves them in writing, in the final text.
Measured figures
Only values from the client’s systems, with the measured period and method. No rounded percentages and no estimated returns.
What did not work
What we corrected after the first calls and what remained with people. A case without issues is not credible.
Frequently asked questions
Why do you not have case studies with figures?
Because we do not publish figures without the client’s consent and without a measurement done correctly. We prefer an empty page to a made-up one.
Can I speak with an existing client?
Ask during the demo. If a client agrees to a reference conversation, we will put you in touch; we do not promise that one will be found for every industry.
How long does a pilot take?
It depends on the flow and the integrations. We set the deadline in the offer, after we see your systems.
Is the pilot paid?
Yes. The pilot terms, including the cost, are set out in the offer.
Choose the pilot flow
In the demo, we discuss which call is worth automating first and how we measure the result.
