Wrong address, missing flat number, the client who changed their mind: it is cheaper to find out on a confirmation call than at the door. The agent calls new orders, reads what was ordered, checks the address and time, and leaves a clear result on each order.
Four possible results, not a vague “ok”
Confirmed
The order goes ahead without changes.
With changes
The client changes the time, address or a product; the operator applies and confirms.
Cancelled
The client explicitly withdraws, with the reason noted.
Unclear
An ambiguous answer cancels nothing: the order reaches a human.

Customers who have agreed to be contacted can receive a short call about the basket they left behind. Anyone who declines is not called again.
Frequently asked questions
Does it connect to our shop platform?
Kallina does not have ready-made integrations with online shop platforms. Orders reach the agent through a webhook from the shop or through a flow, and the result is sent back the same way.
Can the customer add a product during the call?
They can ask, and the agent notes the change. Applying it to the order is done by the operator or your system, if we connect it.
Do we call everyone who abandoned their basket?
Only those who have agreed to be contacted. A sales call without a legal basis will get you a complaint, not an order.
What do we do with orders scheduled for another day?
The rule is set in the flow: for example, orders for a future date are not called immediately.
What does the operator see?
The result on the order, the summary and, on request, the recording and transcription of the call.
