Kallina is the voice agent platform of MEGA PROMOTING S.R.L. We started it because tools in this category did not work well in Romanian and Russian; today we build agents for businesses in various countries, in their customers' language.

Rules we keep

  • We do not promise what we have not tested

    A language, an integration or a term appear in the offer after we have checked them in the client’s case.

  • We test on real conversations

    Unclear replies, corrections, objections, language switching — not just a question and an answer.

  • We say the call is recorded

    The notice is spoken before recording.

  • We name clients only with their consent

    We do not publish names, logos or cases without written consent.

The titles are those of the publications, in the language in which they appeared.

Frequently asked questions

Is Kallina proprietary or a resale product?

The platform, panel, telephony and integrations are built by us. For speech recognition, the language model and voice synthesis, we use external providers, listed on the Security and data page.

Do you work with customers from other countries?

Yes. Local numbers come through SIP operators from many countries, and the contract and invoice are made with MEGA PROMOTING S.R.L.

Who is the contact person after signing?

A single project manager, who oversees the agent and the integration.

What is the connection with aichat.md?

The same operator. Kallina handles voice, aichat.md handles text chat.
