1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files that a site saves in the browser. Similar functions use browser storage (sessionStorage or localStorage). This policy describes them all.

2. What we use on kallina.info

The site does not set cookies and does not load analytics or advertising scripts.

We use only session storage (sessionStorage), which is deleted when you close the tab:

• kallina:entry — the first page you opened during the visit. Sent only if you submit a form, so we know where the request came from.
• kallina:campaign — the campaign tags in the page URL (for example utm_source) and the website domain you came from. Sent only if you submit a form.

The site language is determined from the page address, not from a cookie.

3. The voice button

When you start the voice button, the browser downloads the ElevenLabs conversation library and connects to their service for the duration of the conversation. Before you press it, nothing is loaded from ElevenLabs.

4. The app.kallina.info platform

The customer panel uses cookies and local storage necessary for authentication and session management. Without them you cannot sign in to your account.

5. Consent

The storage described above is necessary for the operation of the site and forms, so we do not display a consent banner. If we ever add analytics or advertising, these will start only after your agreement, and the above list will be updated.

6. How to control them

You can delete or block cookies and site storage from your browser settings. The forms also work without storage.

7. Changes

When we add or remove a cookie or a storage key, we update this page and the date at the top.
