Google Sheets Integration
Is the call list in a spreadsheet? The agent calls it from there.
Connect your Google account, choose the file and sheet, and the rows become a call campaign. For results written back into the spreadsheet, use a Google Sheets step in the flow builder.
How a campaign starts from a spreadsheet
- Google account
- Authorise access to spreadsheets from the Google Sheets page in the Kallina panel.
- File and columns
- Choose the file from the list; Kallina reads the sheets and columns, and you indicate where the name is and where the number is.
- Import
- The rows become campaign contacts, linked to the spreadsheet they came from.
- Calls
- The agent calls in batches, with an interval between calls. The campaign can be paused and resumed.

Reading rows
Rows filtered by a column: equals, contains, starts with, empty or filled.
Adding a row
A new row at the end of the sheet, for example for each finished call.
Update or add
The existing row is updated by a key column, and if it does not exist it is added.
Deleting rows
Rows that no longer need to be called can be removed from the sheet.

Frequently asked questions
Is the call result written automatically to the contact’s row?
No, not automatically. It is written through a flow with the “update or add” step, in the columns you choose.
If I add new rows in the table, will the agent call them on its own?
No. New rows enter the campaign at the next import you start.
What access does Kallina get to the Google account?
Access to spreadsheets, requested at authorisation. You can revoke it at any time from the Google account settings.
Does it work with Excel or Airtable too?
There is no integration with Airtable. An Excel file can be uploaded to Google Sheets or exported as CSV for a campaign.
