Providers that process data for the Kallina service
When a Kallina agent speaks with your customers, part of the work is done by external providers: the servers, speech recognition, the language model, SMS messages. Here they are all, with what each one receives.

What is not on the list and why
Your CRM
amoCRM, Bitrix24, Zoho or Google Sheets receive data because you have connected them. You choose and contract that supplier yourselves.
Your telephony provider
When the call comes to your number from your provider, the provider works for you, not for us.
Suppliers without access to data
Services that do not access call data, for example those for this website without cookies, are not subprocessors.
Data transfers
For providers outside the European Economic Area, we use the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission. They are the transfer mechanism provided for in Article 46(2)(c) of the GDPR and are recognised, by the article with the same number, also by Law No. 195/2024, which applies to the service controller.
Certifications declared by providers, such as Data Privacy Framework, we treat as additional safeguards, not as a transfer basis.
Frequently asked questions
How do I find out when the list changes?
The page is updated with each change, with the date above. For clients with a processing agreement, the notification rule is the one set out in the agreement.
Can I object to a new provider?
Yes, if your processing agreement provides for general authorisation: Article 28(2) of the GDPR requires you to be informed about replacements, and you may object.
Do providers use conversations to train their models?
We do not train models on customer conversations. Each provider processes the data under its own commercial terms, which we can indicate to you on request.
In which country are the data stored?
Our servers are with OVHcloud. We confirm the exact country of the data centre and the providers' regions in writing, in the processing agreement.
Do you need the list for your own register?
Write to us with the subject “Personal data” and we will send you the information for your records of processing.
