Deliveries
What can an AI delivery operator do?
A Kallina AI operator calls couriers when a new delivery appears, gets a “yes” or a “no” and the estimated time, retries if no one answers, and sends the result to the dispatcher. It can also call recipients before departure and answer customers who ask where the order is. The call flow to couriers is already running in production on Kallina.

The route of a delivery via the AI operator
The delivery appears
Your system sends the delivery to Kallina: address, time, proposed courier.
Apelul
The agent calls the courier and briefly reads out what needs to be picked up and where.
Response
Accepts, refuses or does not answer. If they accept, the agent asks how long it will take them to arrive.
Retry
If there is no answer, the call is repeated after the interval and as many times as you have set.
Rezultatul
The status and estimated time are returned to the dispatcher via a webhook, so the delivery can be reassigned if needed.
The calls it handles
Allocation to couriers
A call for each new delivery, with acceptance, refusal or retry, until someone takes it.
Confirmation with the recipient
Before departure, the agent asks whether the recipient is at home during the announced time window and notes the block, staircase, floor, intercom.
Where the order is
On inbound calls, the agent says the order status from your system, for example from Syrve (iiko) in restaurants.
The courier who calls back
When a courier calls the Kallina line, the agent recognises them by number and continues the discussion about their delivery.
Where it helps and where it does not
- Helps with volume
- Many small, repetitive allocations, where the dispatcher wastes time calling the same people one by one.
- Helps with trips
- Confirmations to recipients before the vehicle leaves, to reduce wasted trips.
- Does not help
- Negotiating rates with carriers or customs issues. A person remains there.
- Condition
- The dispatch system must be able to send and receive data via a webhook or API.
How much does it cost?
The public monthly packages are $99 and $300 per month, in credits consumed according to call duration; above them, Enterprise on request. Agent implementation and telephony are charged separately.
Frequently asked questions
How long does the agent wait before moving on to another courier?
As you set: the number of attempts and the pause between them are flow settings.
Do couriers need to install an app?
No. They receive a regular phone call and answer by voice.
Does it work with our dispatch system?
If the system can send the delivery and receive the reply via API or webhook, yes. We check the documentation before the offer.
What language does it speak with couriers?
In their language. The agent starts in the language set on the line and, if a courier switches to another language configured on the agent, it changes during the call.
Who already uses this flow?
The flow is running in production at a delivery client. We do not name it without their written consent; we show it to you with a test courier at the demo.
