How long does setup take?

What technology do you use?

Kallina uses ElevenLabs Conversational AI 2.0 for voice, with latency under 100ms. Backend is FastAPI (Python), frontend Next.js 14. Database is Supabase (PostgreSQL).

Does it integrate with my CRM?

YES. Kallina integrates with HubSpot, Salesforce, and most CRMs via API or webhook. We sync data bidirectionally: conversations to CRM, CRM to agent context.

Can I use my own phone numbers?

YES. We integrate with Twilio and other telecom platforms. You can use your existing numbers or get new ones from us. The customer sees your number when the agent calls.

How fast does the agent respond?

Latency is under 100ms - the conversation is real-time, with no lag. The customer does not feel they are speaking with an AI, the dialogue flows naturally.

Is it GDPR compliant?

YES. Kallina is built GDPR-first. Data residency in EU, AES-256 encryption, all conversations recorded with consent, DPO available. We comply with Art. 15-22 GDPR.

Where is data stored?

Data is stored in the EU (Google Cloud / AWS EU regions). For customers with special requirements, we offer on-premise deployment option (Enterprise plan).

Are conversations recorded?

YES. All conversations are recorded (with legal consent) for quality assurance, training, and compliance. You can access recordings and transcriptions in the dashboard.

Do you offer HIPAA compliance for healthcare?

YES. For healthcare customers, we can sign a BAA (Business Associate Agreement) and comply with HIPAA requirements. Contact us for Enterprise details.
