If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

1. Identification of removed material and its prior location
2. Statement under penalty of perjury that material was removed in error
3. Consent to court jurisdiction
4. Signature

We restore material within 10-14 days if the rights holder does not initiate legal action.

We terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights:

• First offense: Warning and content removal
• Second offense: Temporary suspension (30 days)
• Third offense: Permanent account termination

Knowingly filing a false DMCA notification may result in:

• Liability for damages
• Legal costs
• Criminal penalties in certain jurisdictions
