MEGA PROMOTING S.R.L. complies with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) for California residents. This page explains your rights and how to exercise them.

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

This policy applies if:

• You are a California resident
• You interact with Kallina AI services
• Your personal data is processed in the context of our services

CCPA/CPRA defines "consumer" as any natural person who is a California resident.

You have the right to:

• Know: What data we collect and how we use it
• Access: Request a copy of your personal data
• Delete: Request deletion of your data
• Correct: Correct inaccurate data
• Opt-out of sale: Refuse "sale" of data (we do not sell data)
• Opt-out of sharing: Refuse sharing for advertising
• Limit sensitive data: Limit use of sensitive data
• Non-discrimination: Not be discriminated against for exercising rights

Important statement:

• We do not "sell" personal information as defined by CCPA
• We do not "share" data for cross-context behavioral advertising
• We do not need a "Do Not Sell My Personal Information" link

We only share data with service providers for platform operation, under strict contracts.

Required information:

• Proof of California residency
• Sufficient information for identification
• Description of your request

Timelines:

• Acknowledgment: 10 days
• Full response: 45 days (extendable by 45 days)

You may designate an authorized agent to make requests on your behalf:

• Notarized power of attorney or
• Signed written authorization
• We verify the agent's identity

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for:

• Providing requested services
• Legal compliance
• Dispute resolution

After relationship termination, we delete or anonymize data within 90 days, except for legal obligations.

Under California Civil Code § 1798.83:

• You can request information about sharing data with third parties for direct marketing
• Currently, we do not share data for third-party marketing

We do not knowingly collect data from minors under 16 years old. If you discover a minor has provided data, contact us for deletion.

This policy may be updated. We notify you of significant changes via email and on the platform.
