This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") establishes the rules for using the Kallina AI platform and related services. By accessing our services, you agree to comply with this policy.

This policy applies to all users of Kallina AI services, including:

  • Voice AI platform for businesses
  • APIs and integrations
  • Dashboard and control panels
  • All associated features and functionalities

3. 3. Prohibited Activities

It is strictly prohibited to use services for:

  • Illegal activities: Any activity that violates applicable law
  • Harassment: Harassing calls, threats, or intimidation
  • Fraud: Deception, phishing, or identity theft
  • Spam: Unsolicited automated calls or abusive telemarketing
  • Malware: Distribution of malicious software
  • Rights violations: Copyright or intellectual property infringement
  • Illegal content: Distribution of illegal or harmful content
  • Interference: Attempts to disrupt or compromise services

4. 4. Acceptable Use

Permitted uses:

  • Reception and customer support services for your business
  • Automating responses and scheduling
  • Legitimate commercial communications with consent
  • Integrations with your business systems

Obligations:

  • Compliance with calling regulations (including GDPR)
  • Obtaining necessary consents
  • Maintaining account security
  • Promptly reporting security incidents

5. 5. Telecom Compliance

You must comply with all applicable telecommunications regulations:

  • EU Electronic Communications Regulation
  • National telecommunications legislation
  • Commercial calling regulations
  • Do Not Call (DNC) lists

6. 6. Security

Security requirements:

  • Keep access credentials confidential
  • Use two-factor authentication (2FA)
  • Do not share access with unauthorized third parties
  • Immediately report any security breaches
  • Regularly update passwords

7. 7. Monitoring and Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

  • Monitor usage for compliance
  • Investigate reported violations
  • Temporarily suspend access in case of violation
  • Terminate accounts for serious violations
  • Cooperate with authorities for legal investigations

8. 8. Consequences of Violation

Violation of this policy may result in:

  • Warning: For minor, first-time violations
  • Temporary suspension: 24-72 hours for investigation
  • Extended suspension: Until issue resolution
  • Termination: For serious or repeated violations
  • Legal action: If applicable

Refunds are not provided for suspensions caused by AUP violations.

9. 9. Reporting Abuse

Report violations or abuse to:

We investigate all reports within 48 hours.

10. 10. Changes

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify you via email and on the platform at least 14 days in advance for significant changes. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of changes.
