Terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations

1. 1. Introduction

This Refund Policy describes the conditions under which you may request a refund for Kallina AI services. We are committed to providing quality services and handling refund requests fairly and transparently.

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

2. 2. Subscriptions

Monthly plans:

  • Cancel anytime before next billing
  • Pro-rata refund for unused days in current month
  • Processing within 5-10 business days

Annual plans:

  • Full refund within first 14 days (withdrawal period)
  • After 14 days: pro-rata refund minus 20% processing fee
  • No refunds after 6 months of use

3. 3. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • You request within the specified timeframe for your plan
  • You have not violated Terms of Service or AUP
  • Your account has not been suspended for abuse

You are NOT eligible for a refund if:

  • Account was suspended for policy violations
  • You used the service abusively
  • You request after deadline expiration
  • For already consumed services (call minutes, etc.)

4. 4. Service Credits

In case of service interruptions that violate our SLA, you may be eligible for service credits instead of refunds:

Credits must be requested within 30 days of the incident.

5. 5. Request Process

To request a refund:

  1. Email: contact@kallina.info with subject "Refund Request"
  2. Include: Account ID, reason, purchase date
  3. Wait for confirmation within 48 hours
  4. Refund processes within 5-10 business days

Refunds are made to the original payment method.

6. 6. Trial Periods

We offer free trial periods to test services:

  • Free trial: No refund needed
  • Upgrade during trial: Full refund within first 7 days
  • Downgrade: Difference is credited to account

7. 7. Enterprise Customers

Enterprise customers have customized conditions per contract:

  • Contract terms take priority
  • Contact your dedicated account manager
  • Customized SLAs and compensations

8. 8. Disputes and Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unjustified chargebacks may result in:

  • Account suspension
  • Administrative costs
  • Service usage ban

9. 9. EU Consumer Rights

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU:

  • Right of withdrawal: 14 days for digital services
  • Exception: If you started using the service and consented to losing withdrawal rights
  • You may contact consumer protection authorities for disputes

10. 10. Changes

This policy may be updated. Changes do not affect refunds requested before the update. We notify you 14 days in advance for significant changes.
